These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oltspanishleads.com (the “Site”) and the lead‑generation services offered by OLT Spanish Leads (“OLT,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms cincpro.com.

1. Service Description

   OLT provides digital advertising campaigns and automated chatbots to generate Spanish‑speaking real‑estate leads in the United States. We deliver leads to real‑estate professionals via email, CRM or messaging apps. We are not a brokerage or real‑estate agent; we facilitate marketing only.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

   You must be at least 18 years old to use our services cincpro.com. By submitting your contact information or using our services you confirm that you are authorized to represent a real‑estate business and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy cincpro.com.

3. Use of Leads

   Leads provided by OLT are for your own real‑estate marketing. You may not sell, resell or share them with unaffiliated third parties. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when contacting leads and to protect their personal information. OLT makes no guarantee of conversion or closing and is not responsible for the outcome of your interactions.

4. Payments & Fees

   You agree to pay the advertising budget and our management fee as agreed in writing. Our fee is charged only after we have delivered the agreed number of qualified leads. All fees are non‑refundable once services have been rendered.

5. Communications Consent

   By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone calls and text messages (including automated messages) at the numbers and addresses you provide cincpro.com. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in our messages.

6. Intellectual Property

   The Site, our chatbots, advertising materials and all related content are owned by OLT. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

   You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt our services; (c) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (d) collect or harvest personal data of others; or (e) use our leads to spam or harass individuals.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

   Our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the quantity or quality of leads, and we do not guarantee closings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLT disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your use at any time. Sections concerning use of leads, intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law will survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our Site with the date of revision, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms termly.io.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
